Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bgwin's verification procedures. GCash withdrawals typically clear within approximately fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

bgwin uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' rules in addition to these Terms.
bgwin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's bgwin wallet. bgwin is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgwin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
bgwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. bgwin may also report suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bgwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bgwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bgwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bgwin is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond bgwin's reasonable control.
bgwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the bgwin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bgwin implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. bgwin complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
bgwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bgwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
